The MeThinks suite consists of subject-specific trivia quiz applications with multiple-choice questions across difficulty levels from Novice to Professorial. The Apps are offered free of charge and supported by advertising revenue.

Galloping Toad Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying, copying, or creating derivative works of the Apps
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Apps
• Using the Apps for commercial purposes or for compensation
• Removing any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Sublicensing, selling, renting, or transferring the Apps

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Apps to violate any applicable law; transmit harmful or unlawful content; attempt unauthorized access to any system; interfere with App performance; use automated tools or bots; or collect data without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Apps — including quiz questions, answer choices, graphics, logos, and the "MeThinks" and "Galloping Toad Studios" names — is owned by or licensed to Galloping Toad Studios, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Advertising

The Apps display third-party advertisements. By using the Apps, you consent to their display. We are not responsible for ad content or advertised products. Advertisers do not have access to your personal information except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Accuracy of content

Quiz content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding its completeness or accuracy. Do not rely on App content for professional, academic, or legal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MARIANA VENTURES, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galloping Toad Studios, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the Apps or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Apps. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, then submitted to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Galloping Toad Studios, Inc. regarding the Apps.
